Once we have received all information to do our own market analysis of the property, if we believe it will be a good investment, we will submit an offer and at the same time,  market the property to our investors and the general public. We are not paid unless we are to sell the property.

We will ask that you sign a marketing agreement, which allows us to market your property. You will not be required to give us an exclusive right, therefore, you may still list the property in any other places you choose. We do highly recommend that you seek our opinion and expertise before signing listing contracts with other parties so that we can help you protect your interests.

After this is finished, we will add your property to our website and send out an e-mail to all of our contacts regarding your deal.
